CD, G-Series
Designed to operate in conjunction with our range of mass finishing machines, the CD-Series and the G-Series vibratory cob driers ensure both corrosion and stain free drying of parts as well as imparting a final polish.

Parts are fed into the drier via a side entry chute onto a bed of high absorbent, heated corn cob drying media.  The parts and cob vibrate around an upwards spiralling, electrically heated  work chamber where upon reaching an unload door, can be diverted onto an internal  separation screen before being discharged from the machine, or fed back into the bottom of the spiralling work chamber for further drying.  In this way, the driers can be operated in either batch mode (unload door open) or continuous, "one-pass" mode (unload door permanently closed).

G-Series cob driers feature energy-saving, 2-stage heating with very high heating efficiency.
