DLT-Series
DLT-Series continuous drum driers are designed for the drying of large quantities of small to medium size components.

The parts are fed in one end of the drier and dried using a drying medium (fan-forced hot air on DLT-HL models) as they are transported along a continuously rotating drum.

These machines are designed to dry continuously, with part retention times adjustable within the range of 2-4 minutes. They are ideal for using inline in a continuous manufacturing processes.

DLT-Series driers are especially suited for the drying of two types of parts which often pose problems when drying in a vibratory cob drier - large cupped parts which can carry out drying cob during unloading, and flat parts which tend to blind the separation screen and carry out cob on top of the parts.

Features of DLT-Series continuous drum driers include:

• adjustable, continuous drying times (2-4 min.)
• automatic separation of the work pieces and drying media via the integrated separation drum
• automatic return of the drying media to the heating area
• integrated, helical-style baffle plates to ensure continuous part movement through the drum
