The
HALD3000 continuous, through-feed, hot air drying machine is
an in-line arranged system designed to allow the constant feeding
of parts, usually from a vibratory bowl or continuous tub type
machine. Parts are conveyed along the length of the drier
on an endless, open mesh stainless steel belt, passing below
banks of heater elements where fan forced air completely encompasses
them causing rapid removal of moisture. Time cycles can
be varied within the limitation of the machines variator gearbox
adjustments. dried parts are discharged at the open end
of the unit to further operations or collection bins for subsequent
packaging. |
