Products range of plastic medias are composed of
high quality abrasives carefully bonded with specially
formulated plastic resins.
Plastic
media can be used on nearly all materials but it's
soft, lightweight nature makes it particularly suited
for the surface finishing of soft components where
surface impingement can be a problem using other
medias.
These
characteristics also make it well suited to components
where other media types would lead to extensive
burr "rolling" rather than removal.

levels of surface finish and are extensively used in the pre-plate
finishing of components.
Typical
uses include finishing on brass, copper, zinc, aluminium,
and precious metals such as gold and silver.
