HD – Series

BV Products has designed a new range of cost effective vibratory corn cob driers. The new HD series dryer is an all cast polyurethane batch machine fitted with an industrial single phase hot air drier. The wet components are loaded into the machine by hand and travel automatically through the pre-heated drying media around the process chamber. When dry the components can then be easily unloaded by hand into containers ready for supply.

Hot Air Vibratory Drier

A heated corn cob Vibratory Drying machine with no parts unload and dedicated to the drying of delicate or easily damaged parts. The cob is heated by a constant flow of hot air – the temperature of which can be regulated on the
heater unit fitted to the base of the machine. The unit is fitted with a variable speed controller to regulate the action of the mass. Parts are collected from the machine by hand.

Technical Specifications

Bowl:Cast in one piece using hot cured 65 Shore D heat resisting polyurethane. The bowl is fitted with a dust control lid. Optional dust collector is available
Heater:Variable speed and heat control. Single phase operation.
Motor:Direct, flange mounted vertically vibration generator motor, housed as an in integral part of the machine. Nominally rated at 0.37W, this specially constructed unit is rated for 220-440V-600V/3ph/3ph/50-60Hz supply.
Base:Cast in one piece from a specially formulated polyurethane, the base is non-corrosive and virtually indestructible
Integral Motor housing:Constructed from fabricated mild steel and fully welded and stress relieved.
Springs:Coil compression type, designed to prevent vibration transfer to the floor.
Fastenings:All bolts, set screws, and washers, are grade 8.8 high tensile type. All nuts are fitted with plastic anti-vibration inserts.
Dimensions:Can be supplied on request.
