WF Series

The WF200 wheel finishing machine is a dedicated centreless vibratory system for achieving a highly polished finishes on automotive wheels. The compact wheel finishing system is ideally suited for surface grinding, smoothing and polishing small batches of high-value automotive wheels with a diameter of up to 22″. Easy operation and quick media change capabilities help produce a repeatable mirror finish within a 6 hour cycle

Heavy duty steel fabrication lined with highly wear resistant, hot cured polyurethane nominally 25 mm in thickness. Specially designed, heavy duty vibratory motors with a maximum speed of 3000 rpm and infinitely adjustable amplitude.
